DAILY MAINTENANCE

1. Clean the base with a slightly damp cloth. The lid and body can be rotated to remove, wash with hot water or appropriate amount of white vinegar.
2. To breakdown the water crystal particles or water scaling, use hot water (approx. 104°F) with white vinegar and sock for 10 minutes, then rinse out several times.

Note: Purified water and distilled water cannot be electrolyzed ang will not produce bubbles. If no bubbles are produced when you turn on the machine, please change the water source. If there are still no bubbles after several attempts, please contact us to replace the product for you.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

1. Please clean the cup regularly, so bacteria does not grow inside the cup.
2. Be sure to turn off the switch before cleaning.
3. Use a cleaning sponge with warm water diluted with mild dish soap. Dry the bottle before storing.
4. Do not put anything inside the bottle like water flavor enhancements.
5. The product should be stored in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

TIPS

1. If the power cord is damaged, please contact our customer service deparlment.
2. Do not open the cotter of the cup, it will affect the function of the cup.
3. When being used ensure that the bottom is secure and tightened to avoid leakage,
4. In order to ensure product effectiveness and longevity, please ensure that the cup always has water when powered on.
5. Do not clean the bottle with harsh chemicals.
6. The health hydrogen water bottle helps to improve water quality, but will not change the water temperature.
7. This water bottle does not filter water.

CAUTIONS

• Do not place the cup near fire or other high heat sources.
• The glass itself is fragile, so handle with care.
• Do not use for tea.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not submerge in water.

Warning:

• Please do not use purified water, distilled water and other liquids that cannot be electrolyzed!
• When the button is pressed and the generator is active, please slightly loosen or remove the lid to allow for effective pressure release.
• To prevent leaking, please clockwise tighten the base tc create a water tight seal prior to first use.
